I take pride in helping my clients during their time of need. I sympathize with my clients throughout their time of crisis because I have personally been in their shoes. Like many others, I too was a victim another’s negligence, requiring me to undergo three back surgeries before the age of thirty. I understand the feeling helpless—being at the mercy of an insurance company and the court system. I now use this to fuel my passion to provide the best representation I can for each of my clients.

Bradley P. Denniston leads The Right Law Firm, P.A., a boutique personal injury practice in Plantation, Florida. He works directly with clients on injury and insurance claims, from investigation and settlement negotiations through litigation and trial when necessary.

Practice focus
His work includes motor vehicle and trucking crashes, premises liability, serious injuries, wrongful death, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, and insurance disputes. He emphasizes evidence preparation, a clear case strategy, and direct communication with clients.

Education and background
Originally from King City, Ontario, Canada, Brad moved to South Florida to complete his undergraduate education. He earned his Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating first in his class. His background in medical studies informs his interest in understanding injury records and the impact of an injury on a client's life.

Community service
Brad received an Honors Pro Bono Award for more than 300 hours of volunteer service and has worked with Broward County's Guardian ad Litem program on behalf of children in foster care.
