Website inquiry form
Our inquiry form collects your name, telephone number, email address, inquiry type, preferred language, and the facts you provide. Accident and injury inquiries also collect the incident date and may include county and fault information. We use this information to respond to your request and evaluate whether the firm may assist.
Submissions are routed to contact@rightlawfl.com, brad@rightlawfl.com and samir@rightlawfl.com. To notify firm staff of an inquiry or incoming message, we may also process limited alert information through encrypted AWS systems and RingCentral: your name, callback number, general topic, source platform and reference. Text alerts go only to firm staff and do not include your detailed description or attachments.
Encrypted website copies are removed seven days after email delivery and, when enabled, alert queue acceptance. Resolved AWS alert metadata is scheduled for removal after 30 days. Queue copies may remain for up to four days, or up to 14 days when processing fails. Pending inquiries and unresolved alerts remain until resolved. The firm’s email, text-message and matter records have separate retention policies.
