Mr. Machado was born and raised in Brazil. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and is licensed to practice law in Brazil, Florida and Portugal. After receiving his L.L.B. from Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo in 2016, Samir led the collections and asset recovery department of a boutique law firm in São Paulo. He also did extensive work on corporate matters.
The constant pursuit for new challenges brought Mr. Machado to Florida. While continuing to assist clients in Brazil, Samir received his Juris Doctor from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) and was subsequently admitted to the Florida Bar. At NSU he served as Vice President for both the Foreign Lawyers Association and the Immigration Law Organization, which allowed him to actively participate in the international legal community.
Mr. Machado focuses not only on achieving the best and fastest recovery for his clients, but also on educating them and providing personalized legal services. This was attested by the renowned Boca Raton Observer, awarding Mr. Machado as a Top Attorney of 2022.
As an immigrant, Mr. Machado understands the vulnerability that some of his international clients may face. He works diligently to guide them, and make the recovery for their injuries as smooth as possible. Mr. Machado is always available to assist his clients and answer any questions they may have, regarding their claims and beyond.
Mr. Machado’s love for helping people is reflected in the life outside of the law firm. He actively supports social justice, working as a volunteer for organizations that provide assistance to immigrants, such as the Florida Immigration Coalition (FLIC) and Americans for Immigrant Justice (AIJ). In his spare time, Mr. Machado cultivates his passion for motorsports by racing cars and riding motorcycles.
