Education and background
Samir received his L.L.B. from Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo in 2016. His legal work in São Paulo included collections, asset recovery and corporate matters. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2021.
At NSU, Samir served as Vice President of the Foreign Lawyers Association and the Immigration Law Organization. His international background informs his work with clients navigating an unfamiliar legal system.
A personal approach
Samir helps clients understand the issues in their matters and the available next steps. Outside the office, he has supported organizations assisting immigrants, including the Florida Immigration Coalition and Americans for Immigrant Justice. He enjoys motorsports, including racing cars and riding motorcycles.
